Louis B. Colletti, DDS

Dr. Louis Colletti received his undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Iona College in New Rochelle, NY. His post-graduate Doctor of Dental Surgery was obtained from Georgetown University School of Dentistry in Washington, DC. Afterwards, Dr. Louis Colletti joined the United States Air Force and participated in a dental internship program. He received an honorable discharge in 1974. Shortly after, Dr. Louis Colletti entered private practice and has continued in practice in Mahopac for more than 35 years.

Dr. Colletti enjoys jazz, playing the saxophone, and spending time with his wife, two daughters and granddaughter when he is away from the office.

Eric D. Cook, DDS

Dr. Eric Cook received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Syracuse University, in Syracuse NY, in 1985. He graduated dental school from New York University College of Dentistry in 1989. After dental school, Dr. Eric Cook completed a dental residency program at St. Luke's/Roosevelt Hospital in NYC. Dr. Cook entered private practice in Manhattan and Yonkers, New York, before joining Dr. Louis Colletti in practice 1998.

Away from the office Dr. Cook enjoys playing golf, spending time programing computers and taking advantage of the culture NYC has to offer. Lastly, most of Dr. Cook's free time is spent with his wife and two daughters.

Dental Associates

Daniel J. Lyu, DDS

Dr. Lyu attended college at Pacific Union College in Angwin, CA where he earned his BS degree in Biochemistry. Dr. Lyu received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University College of Dentistry in New York, NY. After dental school he completed his General Practice Residency at Lincoln Medical Center in Bronx, NY. Prior to joining the dental family at Colletti & Cook, DDS, Dr. Lyu practiced in a group dental practice in Bronx, NY.

Jen Xie, DMD

Dr. Xie attended college at Peking University, in Beijing, China, where she earned her BS degree in Stomatology. Dr. Xie received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Boston University, Goldman School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA. After dental school, Dr. Xie joined a private practice, where she practiced for 3 years, in Cambridge, MA.

Harrison Rubinstein, DDS

Dr. Rubinstein graduated from Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine, located in Stony Brook, NY, in June 2008. He recieved his undergraduate B.S. degree in Chemistry, also from Stony Brook. After dental school, Dr. Rubinstein completed his General Dental Residency at St. Lukes-Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York, NY. When not at work Dr. Rubinstein enjoys golf, skiing, tennis, boating, photography and traveling.
